  I am a first time customer who was excited to try what looked good on the pictures. I ordered a $25 brisket and chicken plate. First, the chicken is absolutely NOT what is pictured. On the picture is grilled chicken breast. What I got was 6 piddly chicken wings, which I do not eat. This was not at all what I wanted. Highly disappointed at the false advertising. Second, as a brisket fan (yes, I travel the country for good brisket) this falls way short of the mark. It was chewy. I could not taste the smoke, there's no pink smoke ring. There was lack of bark and flavor. Third, the sauce. It didn't pair well with the meat. It was too thick, the flavor of it was not to my liking. This of course is a personal taste, others may enjoy the sauce. My family and I do travel around the country to try bbq. I've had some good and some not so good. I am not pleased with the meal and unfortunately I will not be back. Continue to study and work on your smoked meats. Perhaps get a pitmaster mentor, enter some pitmaster competitions to expound on your craft. With time, effort, and practice you will get better. All the best to you.

  IMMACULATE, FYER, SEASONED AND CUT THICK LIKE RIB TIPS SUPPOSE TO BE..PLENTYFULL, DELISH SAUCE..A REAL FOODIES PARADISE WITH THIS ONE!! I'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK..YES SIR BILL YOU DOING THAT....GETCHU SOME!!!!

  I was really excited to try Bill’s Grill since I loved their food when they used to come to my job at Amazon. The turkey link is absolutely phenomenal—hands down the best thing on the menu. I’ve also tried the pork link, which was good overall but could be a bit spicier. Unfortunately, I’ve had the ribs twice now, and both times they were dry and not very fresh-tasting. I even gave them a second chance thinking it might’ve been an off day, but the issue was the same. The smoked wings were also tough. If I come back, it’ll be for the links only. I’m willing to try the weekend brisket, but I’m disappointed because their ribs used to be amazing.

  Absolutely love this place! The food is always incredible perfectly smoked meats and super friendly staff. The atmosphere is welcoming, and you can tell they put real care into everything they serve. Easily my favorite BBQ spot in town! Highly recommend.
