  I had an Online order for pick up inside. My order not in pick up area, I stood at the counter for 8 minutes, 2 associates saw me but never acknowledged me. Finally a male associate came over to the counter and ignored me and asked the Lady standing next to me if he could help her. He finished with her and then asked if I needed to order. I explained that I ordered online, gave him. My name and said it's right here and then a lady came over and handed me 2 cups to get my own drinks. Online order!!! They also messed up my order, I didn't realize till I got home. Food was cold! I don't recommend this place!

  The service be great they can’t prepare the food a little better than they do. Make sure it be hot because sometimes it don’t be hot. It be cold. I love Taco Bell. My daughter loves Taco Bell.

  This taco bell has been bad for years. I live in Cahokia but go to Columbia when I want Taco Bell. There food is delicious and staff very friendly.

  Everytime I go there the ladies at the drive through have an smile on there face and I enjoy coming back everytime
