- CHCody HerkSep 29, 20251.0Ordered an online order, a chicken avocado sub, got it home and there was no chicken or avocado on it. Mistakes happen, so I called the store and who ever answered said “they said they put avocado and chicken on it,” as I literally have the sandwich in front of me with no chicken or avocado. They say they can’t refund me but can write it down for a store credit. Normally I would just let it slide, but beings they told me they put chicken and avocado on it and acted as if they weren’t wrong, I drove the 15 mins and brought it back to them and they made me another one to replace it. No apology or any admittance that they were wrong, more like giving attitude that they had to do it… I guess a person has to start checking their sandwich before the leave.
