I've worked in retail and food service for almost 20 years and never received so much trouble regarding a mistake that was on the seller's part. Every other time anything like this has ever happened at a Dunkin let alone any other fast food location it would have been taken care of without hesitation. Not only was there hesitation but she fought with me for over 10 minutes regarding the drink. After threatening to speak with her morning manager she finally said that she would help me at that point I didn't trust that my drink would not be messed with. Never had a problem at this location before.

Through everyday and I bring up the same order all the time. And no one could tell me that if they put a promo on the receipt, I can't make 2 separate orders at the drive through that is ridiculous. I've worked a Dunkin for 10 years. And I've never seen an attitude on someone like this lady. Honestly, she needs to. Reality, check and in a demotion for her attitude in trying to problem solve.I just told her reference.Please do this for me.She hit me with an attitude right away.She will be hearing from me again.Because I would love to contact the person that owns this store.Thank you very much.
