    10/10 Location, love the atmosphere and the quality of the food and service! Leo, our cashier/server was one of the best employees I could’ve asked for, today there was a very rude lady who came inside and started arguing with him for no reason and calling him names just to ask for more ice! Leo for the win

    I came to pick up my order and stood at the counter waiting to be helped. During that time, I could clearly see several employees inside talking to each other and not assisting customers. I waited at the counter for about five minutes and not a single employee acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. Eventually, I asked the man who appeared to be working at the counter — a tall man with a beard and long hair tied in a ponytail — why nobody had asked me what I was waiting for. His response was extremely unprofessional. He said, “I am not supposed to ask you why you are here, pfff.” I found this response both rude and unacceptable. Basic customer service should include greeting customers and asking how you can help them. Instead, I was ignored and then spoken to disrespectfully when I asked a simple question. Management should definitely take notice of situations like this. Employees who treat customers this way should not represent your brand. I hope this issue will be addressed so other customers do not have to experience the same treatment.

    I pulled through the drive through and the speaker box cut off. When I pulled up to the window, the employee just gestured at me and then ignored me. Very odd experience.

    I ordered thru the drive thru. I paid cash. I had about $3 in coins (quarters and dimes). I noticed a car behind me. I gave the man the dollar bills and coins - he said "thank you". I told him there was about.25 too much. He said "thank you" again. I told him I overpaid. Also, I never received a receipt. Then I drive out of the drive thru. I proceeded to call the manager. She was very apologetic and said she would speak to him.
