Always a horror experience here whether it’s delivery or pick up- Crazy long wait times after “food is ready” for pick up (20+ minutes after food is ready), delivery taking 1+ hours no matter what, food wrong and missing, terrible customer service, etc. I love Panera so have tried multiple times/multiple ways hoping it was a one off, but turns out it’s just truly a lazy group of employees for the most part sadly.
