My family enjoys coming here, although I would definitely appreciate more gluten-free options! Especially and dedicated fryer 🤣 Brian was a great server. Super friendly, high-energy, fun and attentive. Took care of everyone at our table and had a good sense of humor. Manager also checked in, which was nice. Love the gingerbread making kits for purchase. Really cute, reasonably priced and proceeds go to habitat for humanity.

He was also very personable and kind to my grandchildren. I would recommend this Lazy Dog because of Brian. I also like that they have a gluten free menu. It is a bit limited, however they still have one. The GM was also helpful with a concern with one of our orders. Great family restaurant. We will be back!

He was attentive and thoughtful. He answered all of our menu questions and made sure to point out the new items. Even as lunch rush started coming in he still checked in on us frequently. 10/10 experience with Brian today.

We wanted to get all of our food and drinks in time for happy hour, and he made sure that we did. The deviled eggs, edamame, and feta dip were amazing! Major shoutout to Matthew for making sure we were taken care of. If you're looking for good service, great food, and amazing drinks, Lazy Dog in Buffalo Grove is the place!
- SCSara CabinNov 7, 20252.0I placed a carryout order online on a Thursday evening for the Thai Salad and a small soup. The confirmation said my order would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived, there was only one person working the carryout area, and she seemed overwhelmed. My order wasn’t ready, and I ended up waiting another 25 minutes with no acknowledgment or apology. Several other customers were also waiting. The salad itself was fresh and flavorful, but there was very little chicken on it. The soup was fine. Overall, while the food was decent, the pickup experience was frustrating and disappointing.
