Food was yummy! Their sampler app was good, but me personally the garlic cheesy bread was cold and could have been baked a little longer. Calamari was also a little cold. Pizza was delicious! No complaints there. Service was nice and prompt, went on Sunday night at 5:30 so it was pretty empty.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but our experience at Giordano’s was unbelievably frustrating. We sat for almost two hours and never even got our pizza. The place didn’t feel clean, and despite our server repeatedly telling us that our food was “on the way,” we eventually found out they hadn’t even put our pizza in the oven.
If they had just been honest from the start, we might’ve stayed or at least understood the delay but instead we wasted nearly two hours for absolutely nothing. We ended up leaving hungry and annoyed. Definitely not coming back.

Unfortunately, we never even got to the food on our visit. We were in town for a hockey tournament, and one of the families went in and asked if they could accommodate 11 people. They said they were unable to do a table that large, so she said we didn't mind being split up into multiple tables as we wouldn't all be arriving at the same time anyhow. They said that was fine. Once the first family was seated, they were informed pizza would be an hour and put in their order and an order for one of the other families headed to the restaurant. We weren't planning on getting a deep dish pizza so we held off until we arrived. Upon arrival, we sat down and waited for our server to come by. After about 10 minutes, she came over and, completely unprompted, said "You're just going to have to wait, I told you we can't accommodate you!"
This was puzzling as we hadn't said anything, and as a first interaction in a restaurant it's pretty off-putting. She came by multiple other times and never managed to successfully take a drink order or anything from us. One time she picked up a plate and vanished for 5 minutes, another time she went to check on their pizza and it took another 5 minutes. At this point the 3rd family had arrived and we realized at this rater we were not going to be able to make it to the improv show we had tickets to, so we decided not to order at all. They asked to cancel their order, and the first family asked to pay for what they had been given so far. The server flew off the handle about this, saying she couldn't do that and we had to stay - to which I said "We don't have to do anything because you haven't even bothered to take an order from us at this point" and she then admitted we could leave. One of the families asked for a manager and rather than bringing one over, she returned and said that the manager said we could go and had no bill.
That first family was still sitting there planning to pay for what they had received, when the server said "If I owned this restaurant it wouldn't be like this!!" and a member of our party replied "You were the problem with this experience" to which she said "Well I hope your improv show is free too!!" and walked into the back.
INCREDIBLY unprofessional, and I cannot possibly overstate how much I do not recommend this place.

Placed an order ahead for pickup at 6-6:30pm. Showed up around 6:20pm and waited more than an hour for the food. The host kept saying it’ll be a few more minutes….. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Ordered twice from this location and the order arrived an hour late both times. Both times we called the restaurant to follow up and nobody ever picked up the phone. This has got to be the worst way to treat a customer I have ever experienced.
