Trying to buy ice cake for my son and choose the cake in the box. $29.99 price on the box but it came out $34.99 on the register. I asked them nicely to honor $29.99 because of the price on the box. The rude people didn’t honor it. I came to the different Dunkin’ Donuts on Dundee and Arlington Heights rd. The price came out $29.99. Thanks to them.

My husband ordered the same with yogurt..he was asked about toppings and got whipped cream, nuts and a cherry. I was never asked about toppings and received nuts, whipped cream and a cherry...none of which I asked for or wanted. I wanted hot fudge...they were out . Carmel? Yes so I got that. By this time the ice cream was half melted! Went to pay and we wanted a bag. We were handed an open empty bag. Literally the worst service ever! Won't be going back.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
