  I got a coffee with 4 pumps of Carmel so extra caramel they gave just a large ice coffee and no extra pumps of caramel even though we paid for the extra pumps completely disregarding what we asked and just giving a normal ice coffee and there's barely any cream making it taste bitter

  Asked for a winter Berry Sangria refresher with black tea, 3 pumps of liquid sugar. Easy right? Wrong. One sip and it was COFFEE. straight, coffee. Everyone who tasted it, agreed they only taste burnt coffee. Unfortunately For me I have a medical condition and I can't have that much coffee, so for me it ended up causing a medical episode while I was at work. Thankfully it wasn't serious as I barely touched my drink after that first sip. But if you want a drink and you want it RIGHT. Go elsewhere. I will only visit this location because I got a free refresher coupon. Otherwise, this was a HUGE miss.
