The rude people didn’t honor it. I came to the different Dunkin’ Donuts on Dundee and Arlington Heights rd. The price came out $29.99. Thanks to them.

When I came to pick up I have been told there is no such order and online system is not working. The worst thing is the lady while talking just turned and walked away. After I left with nothing my wife called to cancel $75 order and turned out the cake is there and ready. A miracle! That was a sarcasm. The same lady found our cake 10 min after she lied to me that online system is not working. No apologies, nothing. Never again I will use their service. Since I live close by, my neighbors will know that too.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
