  THIS IS THE WORST DUNKIN between schiller park & brookfield ! i stop because it’s close to work & they disappoint EVERY SINGLE TIME! they do not listen to a simple order, mess up the coffee and add additional charges just because! horrible horrible horrible service. rude employees!

  2 days in a row they put whatever they want in the coffee not what I order. Coffee tastes old or acidic. Long time customer won’t be back

  I bought a croissant, coffee and blueberry glazed donut. The donut had mice feeding activity on it. I work in pest control and deal with mice on a daily basis. This place has a rodent problem.

  Make no sense!!! one time I get a drink it’s amazing looks like the picture but I order it again and again totally different and the sandwiches are not even warmed up or cooked for that matter ! Lol y’all wanted higher pay, but don’t do the work, please make it make sense.
