  By far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. With terrible customer service and poor quality on the food, this location should really have a serious overhaul with all staff members. Adding additional training to all kitchen staff on how to properly handle a rush efficiently, along with management on how to properly delegate and deliver excellent customer service. I place an order through the kiosk, waited alongside my kids while they played. Only to realize my order had been delayed. I waited over 30mins for my food and only received it after asking staff multiple times for an update on my order. In which then the manager responded with walking back and forth searching for it and then the order magically appeared. Also don’t get me started on the poor cleanliness of this place.. bare minimum is all I can say. Do better!

  If I could give zero stars I would. I did an order through the app and had my sister go get it. There was no curbside spots available so she went inside and wait over 30 minutes. I came to see what the problem was and helped her carry stuff. When we arrived home we were missing half our order two 3 10 pc nuggets orders and 2 orders of fries that go with their meal. I went back and told them we were missing half our order the girl at the counter already knew cause she asked if it was the Alexis order. At first I said we were missing the nuggets then told them also the fries. A girl who I'm going to assume is supervisor because she was wearing tight yoga pants and a black shirt and looked completely lost and flustered started looking at a screen and then came out and said she knew for sure she packed the fries 🤣🤣🤣 but somehow missed 30 nuggets. So she said she would give me the nuggets but not the fries. She somehow knew the fries were in there but missed 30 nuggets and I said that to her. I said I'm not going to argue over fries that you throw out at the end of the night anyways please get me my order. I waited and she sent a young girl to bring me the bag because she didn't want to speak to me herself. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional this location should be closed down if they can't handle the volume they get. And I know that they aren't doing that to all their customers just certain ones :). And our order was $63.

  Got mad cause i needed a min on the drive thru so she told me the system was down and i couldn’t order but took the next car behind with no problem.
