    I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this McDonald’s location while picking up a delivery order. The dasher arrived, clearly stated the order number, and was simply trying to do his job. Instead of assisting, the employee was immediately rude and dismissive. She refused to hand over the order without any clear reason and spoke in a disrespectful tone. When the dasher asked to speak with a manager to resolve the issue, the situation only got worse. The manager came out but was just as unprofessional and unhelpful. Rather than listening or checking the order properly, he escalated the situation unnecessarily. At one point, he even attempted to put his hands on the dasher, which is completely unacceptable behavior. To make matters worse, they threatened to call the police, claiming the dasher was trespassing. This was clearly a mistake — they confused him with another dasher who had previously picked up an order. Instead of verifying the facts, they jumped to conclusions and treated him unfairly. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful but also unacceptable for a business that deals with delivery drivers regularly. Staff and management both need better training in professionalism, communication, and basic respect. I would not recommend this location based on this experience.

    There's a worker by the name of Grace that was getting yelled at by the customer she works very well under pressure she did nothing wrong very great customer service skills I definitely will be revisiting thank you for being so good under pressure.. keep doing great work Grace

    Bought one mcchicken in lobby. Wait over 20 minutes for service when drive thru and lobby empty. I see my mcchicken sitting in "finished line" then want to give me that mcchicken that sat for over 15 minutes cold. Very disappointed.
