This time, gnats were actually inside my drink, and there were flies all over the dining room — seats, windows, everywhere. The bathroom was hot, filthy, and full of gnats too. The staff keeps changing, yet the same sanitation problems stay. At this point, it feels like no one in management cares at all. This place needs a complete reset or a serious inspection. I have pictures to prove but at this point I’m going to customer care for help because the store manager isn’t enough.
