When I ask for extra food, I’m given a hard time, yet I’m still charged full price for what’s supposed to be an extra portion. The attitude feels unwelcoming and uncomfortable, which completely ruins the experience. If you’re charging for extra food, it should actually be provided without attitude. I won’t be returning, and I hope Chipotle addresses staff training and portion consistency at this location.

What I have noticed that the person who is preparing your food looks afraid of giving you the right portion because the manager is looking at them to verify they don’t give too much ! Today I ordered two tacos and the beans you can count them they were 10 pieces 😂🤓! And I asked why is only that ?? He was very nervous to answer me because one lady was looking at him !! This chipotles has very bad reviews! Wow !! 😟
