  This store is great, always clean, always courteous Excellent customer service. It’s always a good thing to know that when people are handling your food, they are taking the proper steps by practicing great hand hygiene. The supervisors and workers there are very awesome as well anytime there is a problem they’re willing to go above and beyond to rectify the issue. My only complaint is with the store manager, who does not seem to be kind and very condescending to her workers. Besides this establishment is great!

  This place is on the way out! The portions are what’s making them go bye bye even when the customer is willing to pay EXTRA. definitely will NEVER come back to this chipotle or any of them again. To many other great restaurants just like this to be arguing or repeating myself to put extra meat or rice. Not worth it anymore chipotle.

  I have had more than one issue with this location on several occasions. But for some reason I keep going hoping it gets better. First 3 issue the short Hispanic manager NEVER EVER nice. When she is there she seems to intimidate the staff as they seem very afraid I mean afraid. But tonight took the cake went in to get a burrito bowl no brown rice, the heavy set older manager was on the line taking temps. Rudely tells the guy the was on the protein side of the line to go around him and finish the bowl he said it so nasty to the young man that I felt it. I noticed there was no mild Pico, I say you all are out of everything the manager who has 0 to do with my conversation jumps in and says we stop production. At 7:30pm mind you it was not 7:30, I understand the protein side but no brown rice? No mild pico? No guacamole. So I replied what time do you close he starts to think he can talk to me like a child and says it does not matter we stop production at 7:30 so what we have is it. Last time going here that's why their reviews are so bad every manager in there nasty. Except the older thin Caucasian lady she may be a shift manger she is amazing. Get rid of the others and make her the General manager

  I saw an employee touch their phone while wearing gloves and then immediately use the same gloves to serve lettuce and cheese. Phones carry a lot of germs, and gloves are supposed to prevent contamination, not spread it. This was very unsanitary and concerning to see while food was being prepared. I would not recommend this location.
