- DTDestini Tools2 days ago1.0I ordered online for delivery and was tracking my order, I noticed that the driver passed my address 3 times. I called the store to make sure the driver wasn't lost or something and I guess the manager answer the phone, she told me that the driver selected the wrong address and I was tracking someone's else order. I said that's fine. I was trying to ask her how much more will my order be delayed as it has already been pushed back 35 mins. She laughed me off and passed the phone to another employee who precced to tell me that the driver will be coming back to the store to grab my order after he completes the ones he was just sent out with. I said okay and hung up. I just wanted to know an estimation of time as I am not able to track the order from my phone anymore as she said the issue can not be fixed. I called back to speak to a manager because it was just rude to laugh at me and just pass the phone to your employee and as a "manager". Very unprofessional behavior. The lady who answered the phone the first time notified me that she was in fact the manager. Then proceeded to yell at the top of her lungs at me for calling back. My husband sitting next to me on the other end of the couch looked conserned because he can literally hear her screaming like a psycho. I canceled my order as I did not want to deal with something so complicated that was supposed to be so simple. Game night pizza ruined because of this so called "manager". I would hope when dealing with customer issues there would be someone more equiped. Sadly it was just her.
