My sister & I came around 9:50 pm Saturday (05/31/25) we were under the impression oberweis close at 11 pm. Around 10:15 as we were eating ice cream the lights started to get shut off on us & we both were a little confused because we thought they were not closing at 10 even before hand we noticed they told a family that they were closed and it was only 10 o clock. Other people as well tried to come get ice cream but noticed it was dark and appeared that they were closed. I understand it’s the weekend & the young ladies were probably wanting to get off earlier as scheduled but if that’s the case please change your hours and close at 10 instead of 11 pm on the weekend it saves time for other people and it helps you guys business to not lose extra revenue. You lost about 9 customers because they decided to close early. That could make a difference revenue wise. We literally went to our car to finish out ice cream in the parking lot and they were just cleaning so it isn’t like they got to leave early they still left around 11 or so. Please just change the hours as needed cause we could have went somewhere else that stayed open later … other than that great ice cream and the staff was sweet overall.
