  Taking my money and then telling me you do not have what I bought and refusing to give me. My money back is stealing. Regardless of how you make policies or what you typically do is all corporate double speak. It is theft. All anybody in this community expects is for you to be slightly better than McDonald's and you guys managed to fail miserably.

  I originally accidentally placed an order here back on March 18 2026 and was not able to pick it up because I wasn’t near that location. Today April 9 2026 I was in the area and decided to stop by to see if I could get my order I placed 3 weeks ago. I explained the situation to them and they had it made for me.

  Placed a mobile order for breakfast, showed up and was told my items were out of stock. Was told to cancel the order in the app, but they had processed it on their end so I couldn’t. Got the run around for 2 days, repeatedly telling me I needed to just take a replacement meal. Was incredibly stressful and frustrating, was told conflicting info by staff multiple times. Felt handled very unprofessionally.

  Their drive thru line is always too long and it always seems like the employees don't know what they're doing or they're busy with other things. Also, I went through the drive thru tonight and their credit card reader didn't work. They said the problem was with my card, but I immediately went to Culvers and it worked just fine there. This Wendy's is poorly run, has bad service, and seems to be understaffed. Definitely reduces my chances of going back
