  Really disappointed in my food this time coming to this specific subway in town for a specific reason because they always make the sandwich right and with a positive vibe and attitude but today when getting my ingredients done I asked for lettuce and she just put a pinch of lettuce and when she put lettuce on sandwich she only put it on one side and when asked to put more lettuce she put some on the same side and just left the other side empty, what happened to when new hires got trained right and how to properly put ingredients on, now it’s just sloppy

  Overall, I was very impressed with this store. It was clean open in bright. You can tell the owner takes pride in it. But most of all, Camari is an absolute delight. He was pleasant, friendly, and informative. Best customer service i have had at any location. His presence instantly puts you at ease!. He makes a great sub too!

  Excellent service at Bourbonnais Subway from Camari. Polite, friendly and positive -Customer service at its finest. Rare find these days!

  Twice in the last month I went in to place an order and was not successful! Today I placed an order with Kendel she was quick and friendly. But then the wait started the cashier had a twenty dollar bill in her hand while a guy walked in and out four times while myself and another customer waited and waited and waited no movement whatsoever. I told Kendel I couldn’t wait any longer as I was working. I’m still trying to figure out why I went back after being ignored the first time. I’m done going to Culver’s across the street!
