  I made a review on door dash, I just wanted to make sure this was publicly made! I’m a pizza lover, and honestly it’s so hard to find a chain that puts love into their pizza and you usually end up disappointed and eat it anyways because you’re hungry. This papa johns NEVER disappoints! They make their food with love, never skimp out on toppings, never forget our sauces. They make everything to perfection! I could eat this everyday if my wallet allowed it! I also want to add, that specifically tonight my order was better than usual. I mean, I paid for extra cheese but seriously- made with love!! Every bite was delicious 🤤 will be ordering again!!

  I’ve never in my life, had a sandwich as dry as I had here today. I ordered the “Philly Cheesesteak oven baked sandwich” but instead, I received a meatless, cheese-less, flavorless, log of two bland bricks of bread with a sheet of Burnt Black filling. Bread burnt as well as the cheese, absolutely no visible cheese or meat only SPECS- no cheese pull- hard dry. Unacceptable and shocked as to how Dry that sandwich is.

  I feel it’s very misleading for yall to say you deliver the pizzas, charge us a delivery fee. Next thing you know door dash is bringing it and it comes an extra 25 mins over the projected time. When you order a pizza make it clear you don’t use your own delivery person.

  After my delivery was over an hour later than what they said it would be here, it was absolutely disgusting. They didn’t put my pepperoni that I paid for on my pizza!! Not happy!!!

  My physicians office put in an order for both our clinic floors only for their driver to deliver only one order to our facility and not for our other floor. I figured it might’ve been an accident so I called back to ask about the status only for an operator to tell us that we should know better than to just leave suite numbers instead of “leaving detailed description as to who is supposed to receive it” I tried explaining to him that our suite numbers are divided by floors with a receptionist for each one and that it should’ve been given to someone at the front desk instead of someone standing by it. The operator told me if I was gonna continue going back and forth with him he was gonna hang up on me. I explained to him STILL very politely that I feel it is our privilege as customers to have our food delivered to us in a professional matter only for him to hang up on me mid sentence. Absolutely horrible service!!! The unprofessionalism at this location is on 1,000,000!🔥😡😤
