  Yesterday, I placed my online order through the app and it took nearly a half hour if not more to get it. This is unacceptable service for mobile order customers. I got so fed up with the wait that I went inside after 20 minutes, waited another 10 or more minutes, then someone tried bringing the food out to my car. They saw I wasn't in there and just went in and set the food on the back counter for another 5 minutes. Then decided to ask if anyone had a mobile order which I said I did. And instead of remaking my food since it had been sitting out, they just hand it to me, no apologies or anything. So I leave and get home to discover THEY GAVE ME NO FRIES WHICH IS ON MY RECEIPT! I am so disgusted with this place that I will NEVER order from this location again! I want a refund for this unprofessional crap!

  Paid $50 for a car wash pulled up to the drive-thru pickup window your roof and everything on your roof is draining all over my car. Mentioned it to the kid at the window, said I just washed this car. Wild motioning to the water falling all over it from the rooftop. Water also bounces and comes down between the car and the window contaminating food and drink. All he did was look up and shrug his shoulders. He did not even offer up an apology. Management can reach out to me with a solution.
