Also, I went through the drive thru tonight and their credit card reader didn't work. They said the problem was with my card, but I immediately went to Culvers and it worked just fine there. This Wendy's is poorly run, has bad service, and seems to be understaffed. Definitely reduces my chances of going back

Had to go to corporate and the gave me a credit I had to use within 30 days. I said no thank you and asked for my $16.08 refund. They pushed it off to the franchise owner here in Bourbonnais, IL and he offered me the meal and advised I received a refund from corporate, which I did not. I still haven't received a refund. This place will forget food 9 times out of 10. I tolerated that, but straight out stealing my money when no food was taken is theft. The guy that owns this franchise is a horrible owner. I don't go there any more because on the principal. $16.08 won't hurt me, but he sure needs it.
