  I asked for fresh everything I asked for no onions yet they couldn’t even follow simple instructions. I’m very very positive that they cannot read. And every time you try to correct the situation with them, they get the nastiest attitude and yet you people want them to get paid almost $20 an hour get out of here. Like I just called them on the phone now and the girl tried to catch an attitude with me. Like I just called them on the phone now and the girl tried to catch a attitude with me.   The lady who took my order yesterday was rather rude. I placed my order and sat down. While I was waiting I looked at my receipt. It said egg McMuffin. I thought I ordered a sausage McMuffin. I went to the counter and said I ordered a sausage McMuffin. She replied no, you ordered an egg McMuffin. I replied I meant to order a sausage McMuffin and could she change it. She took the receipt and showed the person in back saying she ordered an egg McMuffin then whispered the rest of what she was saying. The man in back looked at me and began to change the order. She handed me the bag and said he made the order right. I realize the mistake was probably mine, but I would have appreciated her being nicer in speaking to me.

  The service at McDonald's has become even more trash in recent years seemingly to match their food. The costomer is pushed to use the stupid kiosk and employees and trained to give trash service. Treat your employees with dignity so that they are curious with costumers. I hope this place goes out of business.

  100/10 Stars Every single time I come to this location, I am blown away by the customer service! Each associate is PHENOMENAL! Lovely personalities!! Kind words!! Every single visit!! It doesnt matter what day of the week or time of day. Everyone is always busting their butt's to me sure everything is perfect, down to the smallest detail. I know without a shadow of a doubt if, that if I'm stopping here. I will be greeted, treated and fed with the utmost respect and care. Inside and out is always clean and smells good. Now with that being said, today's visit was extra awesome. We used the order kiosk but dined in. Wyatt was at the front counter :D Greeting everyone, walking out dine in orders, coming out into the dining room to check on everyone's experience. Booming positive energy, everyone could feel it Right before we left he came out again to check on us and I asked to get his name. We told him how amazing the experience was today. Shout out to the hiring person because you know exactly who good people are. Also, shout out to the management on staff because if you've got a bad manager, it shows with team members. But with the experiences I've had here, that doesn't seem like the case. AMAZING, FABULOUS, PHENOMENAL, AWESOME, STUPENDOUS JOB YOU GUYS!! Keep doing what your doing!! Im so happy to see again group of people working so well together ❤️ The positivity shows through and It sticks on people when they come in. I know it might not seem like much to you guys because you see so many people in a shift but it means the world to me and im sure many others. Stay happy, healthy, safe and blessed!!
