  The female window worker handed me the drink and the top wasn’t on all the way and I lost most of my drink, as well as my car was sticky. She just gave me my sandwich by itself, no bag and didn’t ask if i wanted a receipt. Me and my husband will not be returning.

  Ordered through the app and got my order wrong. They also made the sandwich poorly. Was disappointed by this. I couldn't even drink my drink bc they gave me the wrong drink. There's no where in the app to fix this either. Just basically wasted my money on what I didn't order. It's unfortunate.

  There was no one in front of me no one behind me absolutely no one in the store so why did it take 20 minutes for them to make my sandwich I have no idea and it’s completely insane . Slowest jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to . 3 people working 1 customer 1 sandwich 20 minutes….

  My daughter ordered sandwiches for us and this is what I got for 8.00 bucks. Don't get a roast beef. It only takes one hour an fifteen minutes to prepare this beautiful sandwich.
