Get home to enjoy with the 3 prime tenderloins for a very important celebration...the wine is from 2019. It's vinegar now, horrible. What a waste of money. Disappointing that management can't instill that inventory be closely checked and rotated. Lazy comes to mind, why bother when customers will just get stuck with it. I've shopped the Bourbonnais location for over 30 years and it's useless now compared to what it used to be. I'm seriously done with this place. The whole store has declined in every aspect. When the moral of employees is effected it shows everywhere you look. NOBODY CARES. Please don't waste your time by replying with the "we're very sorry that happened and we'll be bringing it up with our team" garbage!!! UPDATE - 11/10 It's been a month since I quit going into Jewel, so it's also been a month of patronizing other grocery stores. Never dropping another dime in Mr. & Mrs. Jewel's pockets.
