They should limit the quantity on their sales so they don’t run out for the regular customers every Friday. I’m a 10 year customer and I gotta buy on Amazon cause your sold out. The ppl that shop your sales are not weekly customer like me and I’m your regular customer being forced to go somewhere else.

- BCBob CarltonJan 7, 20262.0I want to prefix this review by saying the grocery store is 5 star. My Osco rating is one star. But sadly, the Osco area is poorly managed. The waiting line setup is confusing. A waiting line sign is right next to consultation. So, people go down to the pickup sign. At least 10 feet away. My first visit, I went down to the pickup sign and waited behind a customer. An employee behind the counter told to go to the wait sign to wait. So, I did. In another visit to pick up prescription, one of the employees with a surly sound in her voice loudly tells me I am on the wrong side of the sign. Then, I go for another pickup and people just blow past the wait sign and the employees wait on them as if the wait line doesn't exist. I guess I need to try other pharmacies. The CVS at Target on Kinzie is the best pharmacy ever. I went on Med D and BCBS has preferred pricing at Osco, Kroger and Wal-Mart. I will contact the manager by phone but I do not expect much support from them.
