I received two small pieces of bacon on my sandwich and after verifying on their menu, it looks like I should of received more than that!! The sourdough was so chewy and hard to eat. I always think the hashbrowns are soggy tasting; they are never crispy like you would think of a freshly made tater tot, and stuck together. As it seems that they are always served this way, I have just come to terms to believe that this is just the way their hashbrowns are supposed to be, just not my favorite. Most of the time my drink is ok but today it was just bland and too much water, no flavor and really no coffee. I don't stop at Dunkin often, and after this visit, I think it will be quite a while before I stop again. Otherwise, I think the gentleman who took care of me was very nice and professional. Other than the wait, I had no problem there!! The store seemed pretty clean and not too crazy busy inside, but still a steady flow of customers. Just not my favorite place for food
