The jamocha shake has been changed. They don't even put enough flavor in them now and they put whipped cream on top to try covering up the fact that this is not a jamocha shake.

The food wasn’t the greatest at all. And building is outdated needs to be updated. It was really quiet since it was me and my spouse and kid for a whole hour and 20 minutes

Upon entering the restaurant tonight, we were greeted with an extremely high dining room temperature that was very uncomfortable, causing us to discard many layers of clothing. I then went to the restroom and at this time, I immediately heard a very loud confrontation, taking place behind the counter. When I came out of the bathroom, I was greeted by my girlfriend who explained the situation that had just occurred. Manager Shannon, let’s just say should be out of her current role. There was an issue between a customer in the drive-through and one of the employees in which the employee became a little confrontational with the drive-through customer. When the manager Shannon heard this over the headset, she began to get very irate and verbally abuse her staff member while customers are eating in the restaurant. During this entire experience, Shannon did not think twice about on the floor etiquette in her restaurant, and the way that she treated her staff who may have been yes, in the wrong, was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. The ancillary staff that was up by the counter, was very respectful and very apologetic on behalf of their managers actions. After we had received our food and began to eat, Shannon and the manager, then thought it was best to apologize minutes after the encounter had taken place. I’m sorry, but when you are entrusted in a role of that caliper, you should’ve apologize not only right away, but it shouldn’t even happened. Lots of training needs to be done with this one. The rest of the staff that was working at approximately 6 PM on December 6 was fantastic and quite frankly they need a raise for what they put up with for the Bourbonnais location on route 45. Talk about a Jerry springer nightmare…. Jesussssss fix it.
