The hours for the dining room hours in this establishment is not well implemented. It says on the door that the dining room hours closes at 10 pm, but I got there at 6:50 pm, several hours before they supposedly close, and they didn't let me in. I even got a rude look from the curly haired manager with a gesture saying that they were closed. If you're going to close that early, then the very least you could do it actually make sure the hours are correct on the door. Not to mention the fact i saw two other customers taking photos after not entering before me, which I'm assuming is them complaining about the same issue. I hope the rude manager develops the ability to read so he can see that the time on his door is clearly not he time he actually closes the dining room. Get someone who can read next time.

I ordered a Double Stack with cheese, no pickles, extra onion in the drive thru. After a 5-7 minute wait, I was asked to pull around to the second door. My sandwich was brought out cold, with pickles and no cheese and slathered with ketchup all over the wrapper and bun. I asked for another sandwich along with the receipt. I was brought another sandwich that was cold and once again slathered in ketchup. I went in the restaurant and asked for a refund from the manager, Laura. She said that they don’t give out refunds and offered me a third sandwich and an additional item that I declined. I left the restaurant with no sandwich and no refund. I stated that I would contact corporate and she said that they probably would not be able to help because they are franchised owned. I will NEVER eat at this location again! Absolutely horrible customer service!

Went there yesterday at about 3pm. Late lunch due to busy day. Starving! I always make it a point to dine in. Cold fries, requested hot fries, then got to my burgers they were worse. Seemed like they had been sitting for quite awhile. So frustrated just ate them. Wendys hot and fresh, riiiiiiiiiight, no wonder there going down the tubes! I'm sure Dave rolls over in his grave daily. If your gonna serve cold food give it to the drive thru customer not someone who takes the time to come in! But the staff sure dented to be yucking it up the whole time I was eating. More focus on quality less on humor.

Drive thru service was terrible every single car has to individually pull up and be placed on hold for at least 2-3 minutes before your order could be taken and then while waiting for the food you can hear whoever is in the back preparing it complaining about the orders. It’s my money and if I don’t want a topping on my sandwich that’s my preference which if anything makes it easier for you to make. Either way your unwarranted comments shouldn’t be heard by customers who paid for your service, because if I was to voice damn That slow For only two cars how receptive would they be.
