Not great if you were planning to eat at a certain time. Now my flatbread will be dry and salad will be soggy. I called the store to tell them about their mistake and the guy wasn’t apologetic at all. Instead he claimed they have no control over when the driver arrives for the order. If you won’t abide by the scheduled time selected by the customer, maybe you should remove that feature from your website. Very disappointed and I won’t be ordering delivery from Panera again.
