- MGMei GFeb 3, 20265.0Just want to give a shout out to employee Olivia at this W Bolingbrook location. She is uttermost friendly, professional, and courteous. Most importantly she is consistent. I come here frequently for coffee and take my kids for a quick bite to eat from time to time. She has always been the same happy employee there, always willing to help and super friendly. She is the perfect example of a valued asset to an establishment. Thank you Olivia for making my trips to Panera a happy one!
- IIImthaMommieFeb 1, 20261.0Order a sandwich and they ask how you want your sandwich I order it very specific and they just gave me whatever the hell they felt I say allergic to tomatoes there was 6 of them on my sandwich smfh the listening skills of lillianna was very horrible 😑 then one side of my sandwich had no tuna at all just 8 pieces of lettuce and 3 tomatoes 😑 😒 😤 😐 🙄 have never been to a panera and had issues like this.. and because I took the time out to walk in an order my food i cant be refunded only a voucher went out of my way to go here and couldn't even eat the sandwich so I was late to work and had no lunch said she would mail vouchers please belive if I dont get them I will update this again I love being a Google reviewer you get the truth from real consumers
