All the workers sitting down gestured around the corner. I went knocked again and a man stated at me and pointed to the drive through. I called and they said it was coming out. Such terrible service. I’ll be calling hire ups in this.

That whole area is designed to shield customers from the back of house. This also makes it much more difficult to get refills on drinks, which must be how they want it. The customer accessible fountain dispenser inside was taken away. Drive through is mostly OK. When it is flowing, it's good. When it backs up, for whatever reason, it's bad. Similar changes/ experiences at other McDonald's locations as far as going inside is concerned. Which isn't great when your vehicle doesn't fit in the drive through and have to go inside.
