  Took about an hour and a half to get my sandwich delivered and they had uber deliver it. The uber driver had multiple other stops along the way. And my sandwich wasn't made right.

  Came in on 8/15/2025 at 8:15pm. Walked in with 2 employees standing there and no word from either of them. I said ‘hi’ and still, nobody said anything. The lady at the register just stood there with an annoyed look on her face. I then said ‘how are you’ and she just asked what I wanted to order. My husband thought she was acting strange so he asked if they were closing soon.. thinking we just walked in not knowing they are about to close and maybe that’s why they weren’t happy we were there? The floors were also all wet so they must have just mopped ..so maybe that’s why they were mad that we came in? I have no clue what the issue was since it was still 45 min until they closed but I’ve never experienced such rude customer service in my life. This is definitely the weirdest interaction I’ve ever had trying to order a sandwich. My husband and I both felt extremely uncomfortable being there so we apologized for bothering them and went to Jersey mikes across the street where we got amazing customer service and delicious sandwiches.
