    I am posting a review on their grocery delivery service. Poorly organized and a waste of time. I called to give my feedback but they kept me on hold forever so I decided to write a review. I placed my first delivery order to make a steak dinner without leaving the house. Because I was ordering steaks I also through some additional items in my cart. The steaks were "out of stock" even though they weren't listed as such when i placed the order 30 minutes before they started shopping for it. And to top it off the shopper found no substitutions for the steaks. How is that possible in a grocery store full of steak? The most frustrating thing is they send a text that insinuates you can communicate with the shopper- you absolutely can't! The link in the text does not take you to a chat. So after being frustrated I reach out to customer service online and she says she put a cancellation request in with the store but they have to review it. This is 30 minutes before the time limit they gave me to approve or deny the substitutions so I did not think i would have any issue. She doesn't clarify that I most likely won't get a refund because the store won't check the communication to cancel the request. So along with ordering the steaks from walmart delivery, i order several items that were in my jewel order because I thought I was able to cancel it. A waste of time AND money. Why is it so difficult to communicate with the shopper when other delivery apps don't seem to have the issue ?!? A very frustrating experience with no customer support. And then when I call the store so that someone can hopefully listen to my feedback- again, no customer support. Very disappointing.

    Had some great prices in the current ad which didn't state any quantity buying requirements, but when I got to the store the in store signage required must buy 4 etc. ex. 7 up, Chex cereal. Out of stocks on sale items, OJ, cookies

    Old Style was displayed as being 15.99. Thats a great deal on my favorite beer. Almost 50 cents a beer! Nope! Was charged 17.99. They did correct the issue, but claimed it may be a deal only on the app and that it would show it was only for the app on the tag. There is clearly no indication on the tag it is just for the app. Nonetheless, I appreciate them honoring what the tag said, but still disappointed I had to dispute that in the first place. Thanks for clearing up the issue though
