We arrived and explained to Sam that we previously had a negative experience but that it was a while ago and we hadn’t had a chance to come back sooner. But we were told to come in and explain that we spoke to Phil and we’d be taken care of. Sam went to the back so speak with Phil on the matter of course and when he returned he took complete care of us, no questions. It’s simple customer service like this that will have us coming back to this location time and time again. Thank you Sam, thank you Phil. We appreciate your great customer service.
