- AKA KOct 13, 20255.0My husband and I absolutely love this Dunkin’! The staff knows our order before we even reach the counter. As parents of five kids, we definitely rely on our daily coffee fix — and they always make sure we’re taken care of. The owner/manager is truly amazing! But the manager as well, place was dirty and the workers were unprofessional , and what do you mean 4.50$ for a cup of ice? What a ridiculous thing to do BY THE MANAGER 😂😂, and also what do you mean you don’t what to give me my stuff that I’m clearly redeeming with the Dunkin app that I spend money to earn those points place sucks definitely not coming there again, SAVE YOUR SELF SOME TIME AND GO TO THE ONE DOWN THE STREET, they would definitely threat you better and give you better service.
