  Im writing about the fantastic customer service! On Wednesday March 4, who ever was on at 9 o clock. I was so tired after working all day and decided to order a pizza. I sent the order but realized I ordered the pizza wrong. I wanted only pepperoni in the pizza and i accidentally picked a pizza with half pep on one side and all vegetables on the other side. 😱 I called as soon as i saw it and talked with the best worker i have had to talk to! I told him how i screwed it up and if they could fix it at all. He checked my order and said its about to go on the line,i hate to rush you off but i want to get to it before they put it on the line. I said "thank you, you have saved my dinner"!!! He was so quick and nice about it, just wanted to make sure i got what i wanted. What an awesome thing, an employee going above and beyond! I appreciate you guys so much! Great job!

  Hello, I am writing to share feedback regarding an experience I witnessed during my recent visit. While I was waiting in line, the manager or shift leader on duty spoke rudely to an employee named Josh in front of customers. Josh had politely asked if I had a pickup order while another employee—who appeared to be new—was assisting a different guest. The manager or shift leader interrupted and told Josh not to help us, stating that he was not listening to her. The manner in which this was said came across as unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. Having worked in customer service myself, I understand the importance of training new employees, but I was always taught that acknowledging and assisting customers should remain a priority. Despite the way he was spoken to, Josh remained calm, respectful, and continued to demonstrate professionalism. I was very impressed by his composure. I felt it was important to bring attention to his dedication and positive attitude.

  I have to say, this Domino's has improved a lot over the years. I used to have consistent issues with order accuracy, but now rarely have any issues and we order here once every week or two. Staff is always friendly when I pick up my order.

  The location is understaffed unfortunately, very busy,it took 1h for 3 pizzas and they didn't look like they had lots of orders so....,the employee were pretty unwelcoming and it looked like no one was in a rush,never coming back. The management needs to either pay them more so they can do a better job or just hire more people.
