I love this location. I’ve never had any issues with my food/order. I usually go through the chipotle lane and never once had any problems. Food is always tasty, prepared nicely, and the workers are friendly! Thanks :)

Thought this was a decent experience the rice was fresh however they were out of the beans I wanted I got a nice chicken and steak bowl and the portion sizes were just to my liking. I appreciate the hard work that the service members showed while I was at this location .

Went to DB first up the street, didn’t like the way the chicken looked. Went to our old faithful, so I thought …Chipotle. The first toilet had feces in it and the soap dispenser was empty as if no one had did a bathroom check all day. I asked for the manager I was told he was unavailable in the back. I then told the cashier about the bathroom, she claimed to have told the manager. I placed my order, on guy was helping me then his line mate came to help. It was kinda overwhelming to have to deal with them both. My order was hard shell taco, I told the guy that I needed to travel 20 mins with the food and wanted to make sure the shells wouldn’t get soft… they did even without the salsa on them, this was super disappointing. Also they forgot my side of guacamole. This restaurant has finally lost my business.

Please have somebody come retrain these teenagers about cross contimation. I am one of the people who actually has a reaction from such bad cleanliness! I get hives and a fever when there's that level of cross contamination. It has been three times now that I order a veggie bowl with no cheese. It's on the menu, other than the cheese I'm not making wild customizations, but the staff don't seem to know that I don't want meat. First it was chicken bits. After that it was 2+ cups of steak and pork! Where in the recipe does it say a veggie bowl has meat?! Not to mention everything is ice cold and the veggies themselves are half frozen.

I really wish this location were more reliable since it’s the only one with a chipotlane close to us (we have 2 kids in car seats).
There is usually something wrong with our order anytime we come here. Today, 2/3 cheese quesadilla kids meals didn’t have cheese in them? (???) On another visit the quesadillas were missing entirely. The “pepper” chat bot solves the issue by issuing a credit for the affected item(s), but that doesn’t help when I’m already home with two kids and can’t go back.
Everyone working the drive through is upset about…something? I get contemptuous vibes. One employee threw a burrito into my bag with such force that it opened up in the bag.
I’m not expecting perfection, by any definition, but the 95th/59 location doesn’t have these issues.
