  Terrible. This is the worst CAVA experience I’ve ever had. I had a to-go for 5:45, i walked in around then and had to wait nearly 20 minutes for my bowl. There was one guy working the to-gos and he looked like he didn’t have a clue in the world what he was doing. I finally got my bowl from some rude woman that handed it to me. I eventually open up my bowl just to find out they forgot my chicken, onions, AND broccoli. Not to mention they switched my dressing out for something completely different and put WAY too much. It felt like i was eating cereal. Manager Norman should have done a way better job hiring. 😬

  Food was phenomenal. However, i’m not sure what this employee’s name was. All I remember was it started with an A. From my perspective she seemed very harsh towards her co workers. I don’t think that’s how other people should be treated.

  Love the new location, it’s closer to my home and there was great service! An employee named Jet helped me out with the juiced drinks and was incredibly kind. Tables were clean and the environment felt welcoming. Amazing food as always.

  I was hoping to like this place, but it left me disappointed. It was $15 for a half empty bowl and a quarter of a pita. Do not believe the pictures on the menu- your bowl will be half that size. The rice was under-cooked and bland, with not enough sauce to coat it. I could sense a corporate ghost standing behind the employee, saying, "No, that's too many olives. Skimp harder." Mediterranean food should be abundant, flavorful, and cheap. This was sparse, bland, and pricey. The atmosphere gives nothing either- unless you're into strip mall aesthetic. Cheap food made expensive. A quarter of a pita is not a "free side pita." It is a free quarter of a pita.

  This was my first time trying it and I was confused but the worker behind the counter was very helpful and reassuring. I think his name was jack but he helped me pick what was best for my bowl. I will be coming back for sure. A little bit overpriced though.
