  Good Binny's have a good selection find almost everything I'm always looking for realize that most Binny's do not stock the same selection of beer worth the drive for me since joliet's much closer to get what I'm looking for

  I visited this Binny's for the first time to buy a non-alcoholic beverage and was unnecessarily asked for my ID, which the employee scanned into their system without my consent. When I questioned it, he falsely claims they had carded me before, even though it was my first visit. Too lazy to actually take the time to read the item, he just asked for my ID because it was easier for him to do that instead of slow and look at the actual item. Other reviews suggest this is a pattern at this location, with staff asking for ID for trivial purposes like chips. This is invasive, unnecessary, and disrespectful, and raises serious concerns about privacy and customer treatment. I have formally contact Binny's corporate office and requested written confirmation that my personal information was not retained. Its one thing to ask for an ID for alcoholic purchases, but another to ask for non-alcoholic purchases as IL law does not require this for such transactions. Binny's need to train their employees to pay attention to the item being purchased, rather than make assumptions because you hired someone who too lazy and/or bothered to pay attention. I am writing this review to warn other customers of the conduct at Binny's and in NO way will remove my review from this business. I expect a formal, written response to the items I requested and if information is not given in a satisfactory way, I will continue to escalate this matter as needed.

  Ok, I thought they would have a bigger selection, they did not have the Jack Daniel’s Heritage Toasted Single Barrel I was looking for

  Disappointing. I was ready to spend well over a thousand dollars here for a surprise party we were shopping for and just about everyone but the cashier fell short. Sadly even the manager lacks any form of customer service knowledge it seems when he acted like he couldn’t even be bothered. I would recommend trying other locations before this on because it seems to be an ongoing thing here.
