  Its hard. I love 7brew. The options are great and I love that I can get sugar free. But this location is the worst which sucks cause its not a 20 min drive like the naperville location. Ive gotten the wrong drink, ive gotten a cold coffee in a hot coffee cup when I order hot, this time my cup was 2/3s full (for reference there was about enough liquid to go to the top of the B in the middle of the circle), the lines are sooo long and theres hardly any cars, the last time I was the first person to arrive after they took all the orders and I had to flag them down to get my order since they were taking others before me. Ive ordered drinks where they told me they can't make it and then I go the next time and they say they can. Its just got a lot of things to work out.

  Don’t come, even when the line is really short, unless you have 30+ minutes to wait in line before even placing your order. Each time I’ve come here, the wait time gets worse and worse. I’ve been sitting in line for 25 minutes so far today & have yet to even be able to place my order with 6 cars ahead of me. The coffee is good, but I don’t have all day to wait for it.

  We have been trying to find a new spot to get coffee (getting tired of Starbucks and Dunkin) and we decided to try this 7 brew that just opened by us. We purchased 2 hot caramel Blondies, and for the kids we got 2 Brew Lagoon 7 Fizz Soda. Everything was very good and the lined moved pretty fast considering how busy they were. The kids also loved the blue lights on the building, it definitely caught our kids eye when we drove past! We will definitely be going back and trying new recipes of drinks that you can make yourself!

  Let me start off by saying service was great and the large size is actually large for coffee standards which is a plus however the coffee was awful. We ordered 4 different flavors, toasted marshmallow, banana bread, cookie butter, and cinnamon roll all with no ice. All 4 had only a hint of what flavor is advertised in each the rest of it tasted just like straight up coffee. If it’s advertised a certain flavor it should be an even balance of both the flavor and coffee without asking for any modifications. I might as well of ordered straight up black coffee. They also charge a dollar extra for no ice. Yes no ice means more product but if you get ice they aren’t charging less money for less product due to the ice. Make it make sense. Won’t be back and don’t recommend.

  Let me start by saying we love seven brew. My son lived by the original in Fayetteville, AR, so we have been going for 8 years. This location is messed up. One person taking orders while everyone is standing around or more worried about people’s cars being closer together.We waited over 1/2 hour and the line wasn’t very long. I was still hopeful because I love the coffee. Well, my coffee tastes like hot water. I ordered a peppermint mocha, which I have had at other locations but this was terrible. Do better or you will be out of business in no time. I, for one, will not go back to Bolingbrook location.
