Service is always slow, however I usually understand because of how busy it is. Tonight, it was not busy at all, but it still took half an hour for me to get my coffee. From what I could tell, there were at least 5 or 6 employees working if not more, but it took over 10 minutes per drink to get out to a customer. It really only looked like the person taking the orders and the guy running and grabbing the orders to take to the guests were the ones working fast, while the rest seemed to be walking around sometimes aimlessly it seemed; like walking back and forth confused or just talking to each other and laughing. I obviously was not inside and don’t know the stress or conditions they are working with, but I feel like it should not take this long and they could be more efficient.

There is no food at this place it's a coffee shop. There coffee is so good and the workers there are awesome I love there vibes and all the different drinks they have. They ha e coffee, shakes, energy drinks etc. I feel they need ponchos or some kind of cover for there workers taking order outside when it rains I feel for them they get so soaked when its raining and taking orders in the rain.

OVER 35mins for a drink
I have never had this lousy of service
Watched the other line move while my unlucky line just SAT
If they haven’t taken my money I would have left
Loved listening to them complain about us how we complained bc the time was taking forever
They were talking to each other saying how we should get a job and work with them…..
no thank you
Glad I didn’t tip today
I ALWAYS tip and today I didn’t
Glad I didn’t bc I found their response to us being upset about length of time was a bit childish
And after the 40min wait only to find out they didn’t have strawberry for the smoothie

We have given this location 3 tries. The staff is not very friendly or knowledgable. Today the person reacted very negatively when I opted not to leave a tip. I prefer to tip in cash- her reaction was uncalled for- therefore I chose not to tip and I always tip in cash.I asked for a receipt and if she needed my number for points- she said get it when get your drinks. I asked if there was hazelnut in the banana bread drink- her reply “why are allegoric?” No i just don't like it- she said - “No it does not have hazelnut only the blonde one.” I looked it up on line while I was waiting and it says it actually does.
I asked her if I could get it without hazelnut syrup and she stormed away and changed the order. Or so I thought. I asked for my receipt, points and if my drink had hazelnut and the person said its “banana bread mocha.” Why is it your staff doesn't know the menu or cant confirm if a drink can be customized!
The Naperville location is so much better, nicer and consistent with drinks. Paying $8.00 for a coffee should at least get you a quality product.
Why have a reward program if you don’t ask or give people the rewards?

CHOOSE THEIR OWN TIP WITHOUT ASKING?!
My husband went there, he ordered, and when it came time to pay, there was some black guy with glasses ringing up my husband. And usually employees there show us the tablet to choose a tip, but this guy chose the most expensive tip on the screen. 😡
That's ARROGANT AND RUDE. We don't mind tipping because we know how it is working in fast food. But he is screwing with his own people and that is not okay.
10/10 on the drinks
But 0/10 for what that guy did
