  Not open 24hrs. Second time it let me place a mobile order and there’s no one there. Hours need to be adjusted.

  ***skip to the bottom to see the key takeaways*** Usually it’s an okay Wendy’s location. However, today I placed a mobile order to pick up via drive through. After waiting 7 minutes of sitting by the speaker I FINALLY get greeted and asked my order. I inform the cashier that I’m here to pick up a mobile order and it’s a drive through pick up. “You have to come inside to get it” she responds. “Ma’am, it’s a mobile order drive through pick up. It says it right here on the app.” “We’re short staffed, you HAVE to come in and get it.” Meanwhile, it took another 14 minutes for the car in front of me to get served and out of my way for me to go park, walk inside, etc etc. I ended up cancelling the order so I didn’t waste any more time with that. I’ve been served and out of Buffalo Wild Wings on a weekend fight night quicker than this. I can understand being busy and I can understand being short-staffed. Here’s my question to whomever monitors these reviews; if I’m already sitting in the drive through for a drive through pick up order, how difficult is it to walk to the counter, grab the order, and bring it to the drive through window 4 steps away? -Terrible customer service, -no pride in work or customer satisfaction, -apathetic, -zero situational awareness, -major lack of communication skills as an employee who works with the general public. ~Edit~ I ended up going into Pilot for a slice of pizza and a soda. Initially I was going to go in to at least get my frosty, but they acted as though I didn’t exist. They handed out an order to a young man and he asked if he could place a second order. Instead of saying “let me take care of this guy who you JUST told you weren’t standing in line to” she just went ahead and took it. Never will I ever purchase another item from this location. I’d rather eat McDonald’s “product”.

  Food was fresh, staff was super friendly and the place was clean. Not much more I could ask for 💜
