Took them almost one hour to bring out our food. Server apologized, saying they were severely understaffed. Everyone in the dining room tense and upset. When we finally left (1-1/2 hours later), cars were stacked in the parking lot, waiting for drive-through orders. To top it off, I had given a 15% tip on their autopay card reader when we had first ordered. They do have above average food, but we'll probably be going to Culver's from now on, when we want a good burger! Not worth the risk of having an awful experience like this again!
- CKCody KirkJan 9, 20265.0Ordered a pickup order on a busy Friday night, had a order for a plain jr burger modified into just bun and cheese ( picky kid eater) not only did they make the sandwich into a grilled cheese but made on 2 different breads and wrote a note on other bread choices for our next visit! Paul and his crew always go above and beyond and the food was amazing as always!
