  Sunday Easter around 3 pm. Came in to get a couple quarts of Ice cream. Family of 5 leaving and one other family sitting in the Oberweis area. No one at the drive thru. No one behind the counter or out around the tables. Took my selection to the counter waited No one came out. Said Hello in a little louder voice. Still no one came out. I could hear giggling and laughing in the back. I could easily been seen through the 2 way glass in the office. I decided to once again announce my presence stating is anybody working today. A young male came out giving me a look that I was inconveniencing him. Then a young female came out straighting clothing. Might have been an apron. Didn't look good for the home team.

  We waited over 40 minutes for two shakes and two scoops of ice cream. And when the worker did finally bring them out to us he set them down without a word. Ridiculous.

  Worst experience i faced , such rudeness , ton of attitude, chewing bubblegum and not even speaking a word while asked about my order.

  This 1 star is not for the taste but for the reason given while billing for 1 pint of icecream. I brought 1 Qt. Of vanilla from freezer and searched for 1 pt. Of Choco chip which I didn’t find. So, I went to the counter and asked. The lady who billed gave me reason that they have to hand packed a pint so it is 7.99 instead of 6.99 which not right from a customers point of view.
