  Expect to wait 10 minutes per item. I ordered 3 items & it took 30 minutes! Me and my family stopped here last night while on our way back home from a roadtrip. We live in Wisconsin, so nowhere near Bloomington. I ordered first for me and 2 others. My Brother ordered for the rest of the family. My order was a Big Mac meal, Big Arch meal, and a Chicken Strips meal. My brother got his order first. And then several others who came into the restaurant got their orders before me. I knew something was off after 15 minutes, so I went to stand at the cash register/pickup area. After 5 more minutes, nobody even came to ask me if something was wrong. So I had to yell at them to get their attention. I told the worker my order and said my drinks are literally right behind him. He gave me my drinks and said we're just waiting on the fries, which was a damn lie. Several other customers continued to receive their orders, and what made it frustrating was, some of the stuff I saw people receive were literally stuff that I ordered. I ordered these same items 20 plus minutes ago, why is everyone getting theirs before me?!? Makes no damn sense. Then 10 to 15 minutes later, I finally get my stuff for me and 2 other family members, while the rest of my family is ALREADY DONE eating, since they got their food 30 plus minutes ago!!! It should not take 30 plus minutes for 3 meals!!!! The manager gave me 4 coupons for a free meal, however they can only be redeemed in the Bloomington area. I don't live anywhere near Bloomington! I want a refund. Waiting over 30 minutes for 3 fast food meals is ridiculous! Oh and while I was waiting, at the front, I saw plenty of drive-thru customers come in complaining about not receiving all of their food. Even my Brother was missing a meal from his order. This location clearly needs some re-training or something.

  I ordered a bacon quarter with cheese... I got no bacon... Now I'm back at my room with what I didn't pay for and have to leave again to get what I ordered. Guess this one is chalked up as a loss

  Apparently when ordering a chocolate milkshake you will most definitely get whatever flavor they did before yours. I ordered a chocolate milkshake and there about an inch of there Shamrock shake in my chocolate milkshake. I'm 99% sure they teach you to clean/flush those things out before the next use. Honestly disgusting from someone who doesn't like mint. Fix your workers McDonald's.

This is what happened to me at lunchtime hair in the food People need to start calling the health department on McDonald’s because the people they’re hiring must not be wearing hair nets, hats and gloves Check your food at the window before you leave McDonald
