  I go here pretty often because it’s the closet from my home i don’t really recommend this McDonald’s because everytime i go there they always literally always forget something on my order like today i got a meal and for my meal they forgot my drink and I had to remind them and when I did they asked did I want the drink like of course I want the drink I brought it with the meal….

  This has to be the worst McDonalds in Bloomington/Normal. The food was cold and old. I was pulled forward to the third window thinking oh ok they are waiting on some food to be cooked. Not sure why I was pulled forward because all my food was trash. I was in a hurry so I didn't go back for them to make it right. I don't expect to have a full conversation with them, but I said hello to them at the first windows nothing in response, second window I said thank you have a great day, zero response.

  Did not receive one of my breakfast sandwiches that I ordered on the app. I contacted the corporate website and got a case number, but have yet to get any reimbursement for the missing item. This is a week ago I'm im still waiting to hear anything. Corporate says only the store can issue a refund. I've told corporate I'm still waiting and they say customer satisfaction is our number 1 goal. We'll I'm still waiting.

  Uber eats black listed location thanks to Shawna. This rude lady never acknowledges me when I come to get orders. So I am blacklisting this location for uber eats pickups. Do better Shawna, stop complaining to other employees about your job and just do it. The employees have to be sick of you also

  I hit this McDonald's 2 or 3 times a month depending on where I am working. I have stopped for breakfast many times. Always friendly staff, clean restaurant, and good food. One of the few McDonald's I have stopped at that has never messed up my order.
