  The visit did not disappoint! My son loved watching the donut production. The donuts themselves were amazing. And the staff were so friendly! We even received donuts fresh off the line while we waited. Definitely recommend!

  There were no donuts, unless I wanted to wait 3 hours. I live 2 hours away and I have never ran into that situation before. I was very disappointed

  They did not have any high chairs. When I asked what families do with their babies, they said they hold them in their lap. The donuts were also very disappointing.

  Went to the Krispy Kreme in Blm on Veterans Drive only to be told a couple times to "hold on". Ended up just driving away after 10+ minutes waiting in the drive thru. This wasn't the 1st time this has happened to us at this location. Other times we were told they are out of these and those. Really lacks customers skills. Will be avoiding this location and getting donuts elsewhere. I see that the poor reviews get a standard response too and appears no changes implemented afterwards.
