I picked up broccoli there today, went to cook dinner with it and had to throw it away because it was brown and mushy. We’ve had this issue much more than a handful of times and have had to start shopping elsewhere. Way too expensive for rotten food

- AAAndreMar 2, 20261.0Giving a 1 star for curbside shoppers, I frequently do curbside and this Jewel shoppers is the worse, always picking molded expired or soon to be expired food. They should not be shopping yellow label marked down food and charging full price still, they shouldn’t be choosing food that’s expiring in 1 day or best sell by. Always getting rotten produce like they don’t even look at what they are picking. Just look at expiration dates and the color of food instead of just speeding through it. Don’t also rip off the yellow tags like it’s not even there. I curbside a lot for convenience but I shouldn’t have to do a chargeback everytime I get something. But this is purely for the curbside shoppers. Overall Jewel deals are unmatched.

Tell me why when I arrived today (2/8/26) at a little past 10am they hadn't even made any sandwiches yet? They should have sandwiches ready to go as soon as they open on Sunday if the promotion is only on Sundays. Also, I bought a vanilla cake donut and it was hard and crumbly as a rock as if it was days old. Just a complete waste of a trip.
