Often closed or cordoned off with locked doors and a closed drive thru when they’re listed as open and they’re all just chilling inside. DoorDash orders either take an hour or are cancelled outright. You’re making dashers sit in there for 40 minutes for a bowl of chili or a single burger. Insane

I ordered from the mobile app. The hamburgers were taking time to cook but the workers already had my chilli and fries in the bag so when the burger was done everything else was lukewarm.

Ordered a diet coke no ice. recieved a regular coke with ice. reordered and they again forgot a piece of the order and gave me yet another regular coke. Glad I had test strips. It seems if they're out of diet coke they'll just give you a regular coke without saying anything.
